Shipping & Delivery

• Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days
• Tracking: A tracking number will be provided via email once your order ships
• Risk of Loss: All items purchased from buyflamejet.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, weather events, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. If your order is lost or significantly delayed, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

Returns & Refunds

FlameJet offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all orders. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

• Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or the wrong item was shipped
• Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned product
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Product Safety & Disclaimer

The FlameJet plasma lighter produces extreme heat (up to 1,800°F / 982°C) and should be treated as a serious tool. By purchasing and using a FlameJet product, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• FlameJet products are intended for use by adults (18+) only
• Keep out of reach of children at all times
• Do not direct the flame at people, animals, or flammable materials not intended to be ignited
• Always engage the safety lock when the product is not in use
• You are solely responsible for compliance with local laws and regulations regarding the possession and use of lighters in your jurisdiction

FlameJet is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss arising from improper use, misuse, or modification of the product.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FLAMEJET AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Website
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Website
• Any content obtained from the Website
