Contact us via the email address provided on this page. You must initiate your return within 30 days after delivery. Returns are time-sensitive β after 30 calendar days, no refund or store credit will be offered.
Provide us with photos of the product and explain the reason you want to return it.
All products must be in brand-new condition and in the original packaging. Damaged products must be returned in original and unused condition.
Ship the product to the return address provided by Customer Support within 30 days after delivery. You must provide a copy of the shipping receipt with the tracking number.
Follow the return process exactly. Items returned to an address different from what Customer Support indicated will not be eligible for a refund.
Items returned that are not eligible for a refund or store credit will be discarded or sent back to you at your own expense.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method for all full-priced items. There is no refund, reimbursement, or replacement for outlet or reduced-price goods.
If the product was purchased with a gift voucher, the refund will be issued as a gift voucher. Refund guidelines apply to products only.
In the case of broken products, a replacement will be shipped to you once photos have been reviewed and approved by our team.
All shipping costs regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges are the sole responsibility of the customer. We do not provide pre-paid return shipping labels.
Depending on where you live, the time for a returned or exchanged product to reach us may vary. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We will not take responsibility for lost or damaged goods during return shipping. For any product valued over $15, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
It is entirely your responsibility to return the product to the indicated Returns Center. We cannot guarantee the item will be received based on your chosen shipping method.
You will be offered one of the following return addresses based on distance. Currently, we collect returns in the USA, Germany, UK, and Australia.
